Terms of Use
The basics of using this website. Please take a moment to read them — they explain what this site is for and, just as importantly, what it isn't.
Welcome to the Almighty Bail Bonds website. By browsing this site, using its forms, or contacting us through it, you agree to the terms below. We've written them in plain language so you know where you stand. If anything here is unclear, just call us and we'll explain it.
This site is for general information
Everything on this website is provided for general information about Almighty Bail Bonds and the bail bond services we offer across Colorado. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is not a substitute for speaking with a licensed bail bond agent about your specific situation. Details of any bond depend on the charge, the court, the jail, and the individual circumstances — and only a conversation with our agent can address those.
No legal advice, no relationship created
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and it should not be treated as legal advice. We are a bail bond agency, not a law firm, and we cannot advise you on the merits of a criminal case. For legal questions, please speak with a licensed attorney.
Reading this site, filling out a form, or sending us a message does not by itself create a bail bondsman relationship, an attorney-client relationship, or any contractual obligation between you and Almighty Bail Bonds. A working relationship begins only when a licensed agent has spoken with you and formal, signed agreements are in place.
Forms and online applications
You may be able to start a bond request or send us your information through this site. Please understand clearly:
- Submitting a form or online application does not create a bail bond agreement.
- It does not guarantee that anyone will be released or that we will post a bond.
- All terms — including eligibility, the premium, any collateral, and co-signer responsibilities — are reviewed and confirmed by a licensed agent before anything is finalized.
A form is a way to reach us quickly and share the details — it is a starting point, not a signed agreement. Nothing is binding until a licensed Almighty Bail Bonds agent confirms the terms with you and the paperwork is signed.
Licensing and Colorado law
Almighty Bail Bonds is a licensed Colorado bail bond agency, regulated by the Colorado Division of Insurance. Our license number is available on request. All bail bond services described here are subject to Colorado law and to the rules that govern licensed agents in this state. If any statement on this site ever conflicts with those laws or your signed agreement, the law and the signed agreement control.
Pricing and premium information
Any pricing or premium information on this site is general. Colorado law limits bail-bond premiums and certain fees. Whether a premium has been earned depends on whether release occurred and the applicable written terms. Your actual premium, payment terms, and any collateral requirements will be provided in writing before you sign anything.
Changes to this site and these terms
We may update, add to, or remove content on this website at any time, and we may revise these terms as our services or the law change. The version posted here is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Links and third parties
This site may reference outside resources such as courts or jails for your convenience. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A reference is not an endorsement.
