SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS / text messaging terms explain how Almighty Bail Bonds uses phone calls and text messages to communicate with you. By giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted — whether on the phone, on our bond application, or in another form — you accept the terms below. Your consent to be contacted

When you provide your phone number and consent, you agree that Almighty Bail Bonds may contact you by phone call and text message — including messages sent using automated or auto-dialing technology — about your bond, your application, and related updates. These messages may include status updates, court-date and payment reminders, requests for information we need to post a bond, and replies to questions you send us.

Consent is not a condition of service

Agreeing to receive automated calls or texts is never required to obtain a bail bond or any other service or purchase from us. If you'd rather we not text you, just tell us — we're always happy to reach you by phone call instead at (720) 877-1767 (English) or (720) 240-7777 (Español).

Message frequency, rates, and delivery

• Message frequency varies. How often you hear from us depends on your bond and how much back-and-forth your situation needs — there's no set number of messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any texts you send or receive. Check your plan if you're unsure.
• Carriers aren't liable. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Because texts aren't guaranteed to arrive, never rely on a text alone for time-sensitive matters — if something is urgent, call us.

How to opt out or get help

You can stop text messages at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and we'll stop sending you texts. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us directly using the phone number or email below. Opting out of texts does not cancel your bond or any agreement — it only stops the text messages.

Staff account notifications

Authorized Almighty Bail Bonds staff may separately choose to receive agency account notifications at a mobile number saved in their secure staff account. These alerts identify Almighty Bail Bonds, use generic case references instead of customer details, and are not marketing messages. Enrollment is voluntary and is not required for employment, staff access, or use of the agency portal.

• Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on agency activity and may be zero when no alert requires attention.
• Message and data rates may apply. The staff member's carrier and plan determine any charges.
• Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Staff may also turn alerts off from their secure account. Opting out does not change their portal role or access.

Staff account alerts are sent only after the staff member accepts the disclosure shown in the secure portal. Saving that consent does not mean the messaging provider or campaign is active; delivery begins only after the agency's approved messaging program is operational.

We don't sell or share your number

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing, consistent with our Privacy Policy. The information you give us is used to help with your bond or, for authorized staff, to send requested account notifications. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not provided to third parties for advertising or promotional purposes.
